Daily Practice, Healthy Meals, and Fitness, OH MY!!

So I am still sore from my audition yesterday, I rolled my ankle during rehearsal, and my knees look like I've beaten with a bat. But hey, it's all good. Time for a shower and my bed. 

Daily Practice: Minutes- 60 Songs- "Cry Me A River" and "Infatuation" 

Healthy Meal: Granola, flax seed, oat bran, and raspberries. 

Fitness: Theater with Jim Cooney
